Flexco is pleased to announce that Franklin Moore has been named Product Manager, Heavy-Duty Belt Conveyor Products. In this role, Moore will lead the market strategy for Flexco's full portfolio of heavy-duty belt conveyor products globally, supporting the company's solutions portfolio for customers in the mining, aggregate, and cement industries worldwide.  

Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Moore brings more than a decade of experience and deep product knowledge to his new position. Since joining Flexco in 2012 as a BCP Marketing Support Analyst, he has built deep experience across Flexco's HD portfolio, progressing through roles spanning industry management, MLT, and Heavy-Duty Mechanical Belt Fastener leadership. In his most recent position, Moore built a strong track record of leading global product strategies, cross-functional initiatives, and market-driven development efforts. 

Flexco's heavy-duty belt conveyor product portfolio has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, shaped in large part by close collaboration with customers in the field. Moore was instrumental in his previous role as HD MBF Product Manager, especially in the development and successful market introduction of the FXC™ Steel Cord Belt Fastening System, demonstrating the kind of cross-functional leadership and product expertise that makes him a natural fit for this expanded role. Under his leadership, that customer-driven approach to product development and innovation will continue to be a defining strength of the HD BCP line.  

Moore holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Michigan State University and is a graduate of Flexco's Leading Others program, reflecting his continued investment in professional development and leadership growth.
