The EZP-LS Stainless Steel with White ConShear™ LS Blade provides effective cleaning results with the added advantage of corrosion-resistant stainless steel components.

The white, food-grade ConShear Precleaner is chemical-resistant and all ingredients used in the urethane formulation comply with the relevant requirements of 21 CFR (FDA Code of Federal Regulations) for use in repeated bulk dry food application.

Commonly used in applications such as fermentation and pre-processed foods.

  • Temperature Rating: -30°F to 180°F (-35°C to 82°C)

  • ConShear™ LS blade sizes available:

    • Belt Width Minus 8" (200 mm)
    • Cleaner can also be retrofitted with Belt Width Minus 14" (350 mm) replacement blades
  • Blade Height: 4.5" (115 mm)
  • Usable Blade Wear Length: 2-3/8" (60 mm)
  • Blade Material: Polyurethane (proprietary blend for abrasion resistance and long wear)
  • Pole Diameter: 1-7/8" (48 mm)
  • Belt Widths: 12" to 60" (300 to 1500 mm)
