MHCP Heavy-Duty Cartridge Primary Cleaner
The MHCP Heavy-Duty Cartridge Primary Cleaner has been engineered to stand up to the most abusive beltline conditions and maintain constant cleaning force. The massive blades have an extended wear life and also a quick-change blade cartridge feature. This is an extreme-duty cleaner that gets the job done – and with minimal maintenance.

- Segmented 6" SuperShear™ urethane blades with 8" of useable blade wear
- CEMA Class 5
- Dual PST Tensioners with visual tension check
- Portable Air Tensioners (PAT) available
- Compatible with reversing belts and mechanical fasteners
- Belt speeds up to 1200 fpm (6.0 m/sec)
- Pulley diameter from 20" to 48" (500 to 1200 mm)
- Belt widths 24" to 96" (600 to 2400 mm)
