The MMP Medium-Duty Primary Cleaner tackles those tough applications where the standard-duty precleaner is not sturdy enough. The MMP is built tough with a heavy-duty pole, a larger, powerful blade, and a beefy,dual tensioning system. Installation is simple, maintenance is easy, and the results are excellent.

Features and Benefits

  • TuffShear™ solid, urethane blade - designed for high abrasion resistance and a lifespan that’s up to 30 percent longer than conventional blades
  • CEMA Class 4
  • Dual Quick Mount Tensioners (QMTs) with visual tension check
  • Portable Air Tensioners (PATs) available
  • Compatible with reversing belts and mechanical fasteners
  • Belt speeds up to 1000 fpm (5.0 m/sec)
  • Pulley diameter from 16" to 48" (400 to 1200 mm)
  • Belt widths from 24" to 96" (600 to 2400 mm)

Installation

  • Mounted on the head pulley
  • Combine with the MHS Heavy-Duty Secondary Cleaner to create a system delivering maximum cleaning power
